• Perumin will facilitate lodging booking to participants from International Pavilions, sponsors, authorities and the organizing committee.
  • The Exhibitors can book a maximum of 5 rooms per booth.
  • Fees stated in US Dollars.
  • Lodging prices are for a 5-night package.
  • Check in: September 20th - 12.00 pm
  • Check out: September 25th - 12:00pm
  • Once the booking quote has been accepted, payment terms must be complied with according to the following conditions.
  • Any payment must be done within 2 business days after booking confirmation.
  • Any confirmed booking shall remain active for 7 days, after which it will be cancelled.
  • Individual or Group bookings require the payment in full before the Event.
  • The allocation of hotels, fees, number and type of rooms will be as negotiated with the International Pavilion representatives.
  • The deadline to complete and pay the booking is April 15th.
  • First change of participant shall be free of charge.
  • Additional nightsbefore or after the Event should be booked and paid directly in the HOTEL.
  • Fees charged per additional night are responsibility of the Hotel.
  • PERUMIN shall not be responsible to coordinate this.

  • The following penalties will be applied to any change or cancellation on confirmed bookings.
  • Deadline to make any passenger change: July 31.
  • Participant changes as from September 1st and onwards will have to pay an additional 15% of the total payment for the five nights, each time a modification is made.
  • Once paid, any cancellation until July 31th, 2017, will have a penalty of 30% of the total payment on the five booked nights; but if the cancelation is in August 2017, a penalty of 50% will have to be pay.
  • Any cancellation done from September 1st onwards will have a penalty of 100%.
  • In the case of any passenger do not arrive (NO SHOW) to the hotel, the penalty of 100% will have to be pay.
  • PERUMIN Staff will be available at the official lodgings to provide information and assistance.
  • The participant may chose if receiving the badge and material in one of the customer service points located near their hotel.
  • The company or entity may request an independent invoice for lodging of their participants.
  • Once the request is confirmed, the invoice will be issued; upon delivery no void or annulment will be possible.
  • Exceptions: a reimbursement may be done with a letter signed by the Manager.
  • During your stay, Perumin personnel will hand you out a “Customer conformity” form that must be completed and returned.
  • We highly recommend you to verify the Hotel internal Regulations.
  • Verify the transportation schedule to the venue, airport or activities.
  • Any claim or complaint regarding the lodging services will not proceed until the end of the event.
  • The Organizing Committee will not deal with any claims or complaint before, during or after the Event.
